We were lucky to get an upgraded room that was spacious and had air conditioning - so nice! The best part was the awesome location right by a bus station. It made it super convenient to get around from here.

The stay here was just perfect for business trip. We ate at a big restaurant for dinner. We had excellent bedroom with impeccably clean bathroom, could use hotel's nice pool. Particularly good and marvellous location, it was nearby a bus station.

We were pleasantly surprised by the phenomenal breakfast at Holiday Inn. The wide variety of delicious and healthy offerings exceeded our expectations. Our kids absolutely loved the hotel's facilities, including the pool, bouncy house, and game room. It truly felt like a mini resort, and they didn't want to leave on the first day!

I was extremely dissapointed with the attitude of the front desk clerk. As a customer you want a welcoming atmosphere when you first walk into a hotel, and she didnt make feel as anything more than an inconvience.

The staff at this hotel were great and very helpful and they all spoke very good English. Very accommodating. This hotel is located in the beautiful town of Leiden which we thouroughlly enjoyed and is located close to other attractions in Holland. There is also a large train station in Leiden and the AMS airport is 20 taxie ride. Wonderful experience

We recently stayed at the Holiday Inn in Leiden for four nights and had a fantastic experience. The hotel may not be fancy, but it is exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel is perfect for families with its swimming pool, ping-pong table, and indoor play area. It is also conveniently located near major roads, making it easy to explore nearby attractions such as Keukenhof and the beaches in Zandvoort and Scheveningen. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and family-friendly stay.

Very nice breakfast buffet and services in general. This is a "kinder hotel" although it is not advertised as such! Ideal place for family with children.

1 hour Internet access costs 7,5 euro !! The Internet should be free - it costs nothing to the Hotel .

The units were well-equipped and brand-new with access to fresh air from outside.

Nice clean rooms, well located if you need to work at the nearby University, as I had to do.

My room was too close to the Restaurant and garden area with a lot of noise at some hours,
